Since 2020 the pandemic has changed how many of us work, we might be in the office, we might be at home working, or we might be doing what is now called hybrid working, combining work at home and in the office.
Wherever you work, I offer you the opportunity to practice yoga.
Remember: the harder you work the more you need yoga.
Yoga helps reduce stress, helps us focus, and basically helps to get rid of what we do not need, and let’s face it, there is always stuff, distracting us, draining us and stopping us from feeling on top of what we must do in our lives. Yoga is the antidote to hectic.
We have busy lives and time is precious: I offer yoga for your business in Bristol

I am able to travel to your office/business to offer classes to staff.
I am also able to offer classes for staff wherever they might be via ZOOM online yoga classes.
You can arrange classes specially for your staff, or you ar welcome to join my group classes, see https://www.yogabristol.co.uk/classes/

Gary recognises this and to make your life easier, he delivers yoga at your work/business/college.
Yoga and meditation can help reduce stress, improve focus and concentration, and decision making. See how it works – see details below.

YOGA at Work

Would you like to have yoga or stress reduction classes during your lunch break, or after work, at your place of work?

Benefits

Yoga helps increase energy levels, concentration, strength and mobility plus it helps to improve our health and sense of well-being.

Yoga helps to reduce stress, tiredness, lethargy and anxiety, in other words, yoga helps to get rid of what we do not need in our life!

An incentive to take action

Stress has consistently been one of the most commonly reported types of work-related illness cited in the national Labour Force Survey (LFS) conducted by the Office for National Statistics (ONS). Work-related stress caused workers in Great Britain to lose 10.4 million working days in 2011/12 based on the LFS data (source: the Health & Safety Executive). These days more and more companies realise that spending some money on the well-being of their staff can help improve productivity and efficiency. A government report has concluded that for every £1 invested in well-being you can expect a £2.50 worth of gained productivity and efficiency.
