Reasons to attend:
You practice yoga, it is your chance to deepen your practice – this is not a workshop with flip boards and me talking all the time, but I will explain some aspects of yoga!
You do lots of exercise – to strengthen, increase flexibility, lossen up, shake off restlessness, rebalance your connection with your body and so forth.
Then, you will relax in the last hour, breathing, learning pranayamas, sitting still, meditating and finding the precious tranquil place you so crave!
If you attend yoga classes you will not be out of your depth at the workshop, it is simply a deepening of what you already do (if in doubt, ask me).
This is an opportunity to leave the world and its woes at the door and enjoy the peace of being free for just three hours!
This is why I recommend this workshop to those who have been attending classes previously (it does not have to be at my classes), because it is your chance to deepen your practice, to go that bit further into it, and hopefully get a better understanding of what yoga is about and more importantly how you can get more from it and more benefits for you. After all, this is for you!

Level: Suitable for those who have attended general yoga classes, with Gary or another yoga teacher. It is not advanced in terms of complexity – so will suit most who attend classes.

General advice: Wear comfortable clothing suitable for exercise; bring warm top or blanket to keep warm during meditation section of class; ideally, do not eat meals before session – allow 4 hours after large meal, and about 2 hours after light meal.
