Reasons to attend:
Yoga is a practice. We do not do one session and come away with perfection… it takes practice, patience and time…. and this workshop offers you time – more time than usual, to deepen you practice. To give yourself some precious me-time, some freedom from the pressures and demands daily life for just three hours, but three hours which will give you the opportunity to re-energise and re-invigorate your ability to face the daily obligations you have…
So join me, for three hours of practice: the session has two parts – part one is devoted to yoga asanas (exercises) and the second part is devoted to pranayamas (breathing tenchniques) and dhyana (meditation)

Level: Suitable for those who have attended general yoga classes, with Gary or another yoga teacher. It is not advanced in terms of complexity – so will suit most who attend classes.

General advice: Wear comfortable clothing suitable for exercise; bring warm top or blanket to keep warm during meditation section of class; ideally, do not eat meals before session – allow 4 hours after large meal, and about 2 hours after light meal.
