10.30am to 1.30pm

BOOK your place at this popular event – well, that’s what others said about past workshops,
For example, one participant said this:
“Thank you for the workshop on Saturday. It is super demanding for you I think to keep a three-hour session moving along seamlessly in the expert way that you did. Hats off to you!
It’s a good venue and is quiet and warm.
I enjoyed the longer-than usual exercises section and it flew by.
I loved the mindfulness sections at the start and finish.”
